Calvin Christian High School
Class of 1973

Hello Calvin Christian High School Class of 1973. Welcome to our website.  We've created this website to help our class keep in touch.  Can you believe it's been 50 years since we all graduated together?  It certainly doesn't seem like it could be that long ago.  Did you know we had our 50th class reunion on September 23, 2023?  It was a great time.  Nearly 120 persons attended and about 70 of them were our classmates.  Check out the pictures on this website.  Instead of publishing a booklet with updates on everyone, we're asking everyone to give their updates here on this website.  We know it's difficult to summarize your past 50 years in just a few words.  You can keep it simple and just add a few things or you can add as much as you'd like.  At the reunion, many people renewed old friendships.  The 50 past years faded quickly, as the conversations flowed throughout the evening.

Are you new to our website?  Please go to your profile page and add your contact information. If we at least have your email address, we can send you emails with any updates.  If you have any pictures, we'd love to have you add them to your profile page and to our website as well.  We will also be working on our website to make it a fun place to keep in touch with our 1973 classmates.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

CCHS Class of '73 Meets Again!  51 Years Class Reunion.

Saturday, October 5 at 1:30 pm at Millenium Park at Pavilion A.

Members of Calvin Christian High School Class of 1973

Remember our 50th Class Reunion last year? It was an amazing time. The 50 years that had passed since our graduation seemed to disappear and we were kids again. It was so good to see everyone and renew friendships from so long ago. At the reunion, and afterwards, we heard lots of comments that we should do this again. Well, here it is. We're doing it again! It's not going to be as elaborate as last year. We just can't top that. This year we're keeping it very simple. We meet in a park. We bring our own beverages. We bring a snack to share if we want to. If you don't want to bring anything, that's okay too. You might want to bring a tablecloth, but we'll have a few already.

Here's the details:

Who: CCHS Class of 1973 members and their guests.
What: A picnic with beverages and snacks. No meal. No fancy decorations. Just a place and time to spend time with your fellow graduates from the CCHS class of 1973.
When: Saturday October 5, 2024, at 1:30 pm.
Where: Millenium Park, 1415 Maynard Ave. SW, Walker, MI 49534. Pavilion A if available. If Pavilion A is reserved, there is another pavilion nearby and to the right. It is closer to the water and just past the volleyball net.
Why: Because we had so much fun last year that we want to do it again.

Extra info:
BYOB - Beer and wine is allowed in this park.
Bring a snack to share if you want.
Bring a tablecloth if you'd like, but we'll have a few already.

Please note: We did not reserve Pavilion A. If it should happen to be reserved on October 5, we will meet at the second pavilion nearby and to the right. It is closer to the water past the volleyball court. Pavilion A is in the first parking area on the right as you enter the park.

I hope to see you there.
